Shipping Policy 


we offer every day free shipping with no minimum sale amount. Shipments will be sent via USPS ( insured with tracking) within the continental United States. If you prefer expedited shipments, you may elect to chose Fed EX or UPS, but will be responsible in full for the shipping charges. Please provide a physical address, as we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. Shipments going to Alaska and Hawaii need to ship via UPS or Fed EX. Price will be determined at checkout. Please note that our delivery time estimation refers only to delivery and not to the time needed to prepare and process your order. While most orders are ready for shipping within 2 - 5 business days of ordering, some orders take additional time. Deliveries are from Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

Repair Policy 

Hand made jewelry is just that, made by the hands of humans. Due to the nature of our jewelry, there may be natural imperfections that occur from time to time. We will offer repairs due to reasonable breakage or damaged pieces free of charge for one year from the date of purchase at or from one of our trunk shows. Please be advised that all items returned for repair will be inspected. Items that are considered as a natural imperfections will not be considered damaged goods and will not be worthy of our 1 year free repair policy. Note also that due to the fact that we offer many one of a kind pieces, we may not be able to order certain components needed to repair items after a period of time.

After one year, repairs will incur a $20 charge plus any associated material costs and return shipping charges. An estimate of the repair charges will be sent to you before the repair is completed.

Please allow 4 weeks for the processing of your repair (excluding holidays)-please note that if the materials needed for your repair is not in stock, your repair will take longer.

Please note that our website customer service hours are 9:00 am to 5 pm on Monday through Friday Eastern standard time. If you e-mail after business hours, you will have to wait until the next business day for a reply. However, during normal business hours, a customer service rep will get back to you within 24 hours to help you.

Return Policy 

We want you to fall in love with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will issue a full merchandise refund within 30 days of purchase. Items must be returned in like new and saleable condition. A receipt must be accompanied with the item in order for a merchandise return to take place. Sale items are a final sale and are not refundable.

Please return your jewelry with an insured courier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, DHL) and retain your receipt with your tracking number. will not be responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

To obtain a Return Authorization please contact customer service via e-mail at during normal business hours Monday – Friday 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. Eastern standard time. A customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization number as well as instructions for return shipping.

Please note that after 30 days, returns will not be accepted. Returns for a refund or an exchange are subject to shipping charges. Items received as gifts may be exchanged or applied to the purchase of an item of equal or greater value.
